Department Overview

The Communications & Energy Company is a division that operates businesses such as Rakuten Mobile and Rakuten Energy.

The Corporate Planning & Administration Department supports not only its own business but also various businesses and services, including Rakuten's core businesses, from an administrative perspective.

Position Details

As a Company HR, you will provide HR support to the businesses and services you are in charge of.

You will be in charge of not only your own business unit but also Rakuten's various services.

As an HR close to the business, you will be able to work side by side with the business and be more directly involved in the growth of the business.

- General procedures related to labor affairs, such as hiring and termination, social insurance, etc.

- General labor affairs related to business operations

- Consultation from business units regarding human resource issues

- General operations related to transfers and assignments

- Stimulating communication within the company

- Interviews with members of the departments in charge

 

Work Environment

Management Department

There will be 31 employees (accounting, general affairs, human resources, etc.), with about 15 in human resources.

 

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Approximately one year of experience in HR (regardless of the area, such as recruitment or labor) or human resources Industry experience.
- Business level of English
- Able to work independently and cooperatively with colleagues 

 

Desired Qualifications:

- HR experience in the IT industry
- HR experience in a company or organization with more than 500 employees
