Department Overview

The Corporate Planning and Management Department not only supports its own department's business, but also various businesses and services, including Rakuten's core businesses, from an administrative perspective.

We are looking for additional staff. Due to business expansion, we need to strengthen our personnel functions.

 

Position Details

You will support the business you are in charge of from an HR perspective, focusing on labor relations interviews.

First, you will be in charge of employee interviews, including consultations, making use of your past interviewing experience.

In parallel with the above duties, after acquiring various labor-related knowledge, you will be responsible for a wider range of labor-related duties.

- Employee interviews related to labor issues of the business in charge

- General labor affairs related to business operations

- Provide consultation to business units on human resource issues

- Activation of internal communication

 

Work Environment

Management Department

There are 31 people (accounting, general affairs, human resources, etc.), of which approximately 15 are in human resources.            

 

Mandatory Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of interviewing experience

(Interviewing experience in recruitment and temporary staffing. Experience interviewing members in management positions, interviewing employees, etc.) 

 

Desired Qualifications:

- Business level English
