The Communications & Energy Company is a business division that operates businesses such as Rakuten Mobile and Rakuten Energy.
The Corporate Planning and Management Department not only supports its own department's business, but also various businesses and services, including Rakuten's core businesses, from an administrative perspective.

As a business division HR, you will support the business you are responsible for from an HR perspective.
Rakuten offers a wide variety of services, and you may be involved in a variety of businesses, from large-scale services to small-scale start-up phases.
As this HR position is close to the business, you will be able to run alongside the business and be more directly involved in its growth.
- General labor affairs related to business operations
- Responding to inquiries from business divisions regarding HR
- Responding to interviews with members of the relevant department
- Stimulating internal communication
- Evaluation work
- General work related to transfers and assignments
Work Environment
Management Department
There are 31 people (accounting, general affairs, human resources, etc.), of which approximately 15 are in human resources.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience in labor-related communication in a human resources role, including experience conducting labor interviews and dealing with labor unions.
Desired Qualifications:
- Business level English
