YOUR MISSION

This is a regional role responsible for coordination among various country finance heads.

Task 1. Month-End Closing & Financial Reporting

Consolidates month-end results for SEA & Oceania, performs analytical reviews, and prepares insightful commentary for regional and global stakeholders.

Task 2. Variance Analysis & Performance Monitoring

Conducts in-depth variance analysis with country finance teams, explains key drivers to Global Finance, and tracks KPIs against budget while escalating and following up on deviations.

Task 3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning

Develops budget and forecast templates, consolidates regional submissions, prepares executive-level presentations, and drives a centralized rolling forecast process for consistent global reporting.

Task 4. Reporting Standardisation & Process Improvement

Standardises reporting templates and commentary to improve consistency and clarity, identifies process gaps, and leads initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Task 5. Financial Governance, Systems & Stakeholder Management

Supports FP&A operating model and controllership design, strengthens regional financial governance, leverages Hyperion HFM and reporting tools, acts as key liaison between local teams and Global Finance, and manages ad-hoc requests with quick turnaround.

YOUR TALENT

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant.

Professional:  A minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, with exposure across FP&A, controllership, and commercial finance. Regional experience is preferred, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry.

IT Skills: SAP, Hyperion, Excellent MS-office 
Language Skills: English and local languages.
