We're looking for a Revenue Optimization Executive or aspiring to be, required for our Revenue Optimization Division.

 

Job summary

 

  • Support the Revenue Management culture by providing accurate statistical and competitive data, and implementing revenue management processes and tools
  • Manage hotel rates, inventory, and availability across all distribution channels to ensure data integrity and maximize booking opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to support revenue decision-making
  • Prepare revenue forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to guide strategic planning
  • Implement revenue strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets

 

Requirement

 

  • Diploma or Degree in Statistics, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Completion of basic corporate Revenue Management courses is an advantage
  • Knowledge of hotel operations is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of distribution channels; internet-savvy with strategic thinking
  • Has experience in B360, ORS/OWS, SynXis CRS, OTA extranets, Ideas, and Oaky
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay; additional languages are an advantage
  • Due to local immigration policies, only Malaysian citizens will be considered
