Description

Job Purpose

  • Ensure KLGCC Member/Guest request are attended to promptly, well-coordinated.
  • Ensure that all complaints/general enquiries received through various channel are being handled efficiently and professionally within the stipulated time frame.

Job Responsibilities

i) Members/ Guest Relationship Management

  • Ensure excellent customer relationships is practice at all times with warm hospitality (courteous, grooming. friendly)
  • Accountable to provide complete information on Club Facilities including organizing tour.
  • Identify gaps of various customer-facing touch points and make recommendations for process and service improvements.
  • Conduct comparative landscape to benchmark against competitor for service improvements.
  • To be a main communication channels & information for any VIP visits

ii) Feedback & General Enquiries Management

  • To assist for all feedback received centrally through corporate website, fax, walk in, letters address to management and telephone.
  • To ensure proper closure in accordance with complaint SOP timeline.
  • Assist to conduct meetings with respective departments for resolutions/decisions & prepare draft replies for immediate superior's approval.
  • Communicate with members on progress updates proactively.
  • Collate and analyze on findings of complaints.
  • Ensure proper documentations on findings/investigation pertaining to root causes.

iii) PR & Media Management

  • Participate in Member's activity event such as Golf Tournament, Club promotions etc. KLGCC Brand positioning, process standardization


Requirements
  • Bachelor in Mass Communications/Public Relations or any relevant background
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Public Relations/Customer Service
  • Willing to work on weekend & Public Holiday (Working schedule : 6 days a week)
