The resort consists of 499 guest rooms, a 64-acre nature reserve, the Rasa Ria Reserve, home to wildlife including long-tailed macaques and slow lorises, and home to an 18-hole championship golf course with picture-perfect views of Mt Kinabalu (a UNESCO World Heritage site).

 

We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager for our Front Office Department.

 

Job summary

 

The Duty Manager is responsible for the smooth daily operations of the hotel during assigned shifts, acting as the main point of contact for guests and staff in the absence of senior management. This role ensures guest satisfaction, handles service recovery, oversees safety and security, coordinates between departments, and supports operational excellence. The Duty Manager leads by example, upholding the hotel’s service standards, policies, and values while fostering a positive guest and colleague experience.


Requirement

 

  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional language i.e., Mandarin a definite advantage.
  • Performing a similar position for at least 2 years.
  • Ability to interact and displays initiative.
  • Knowledge of PMS (Opera System)
  • Able to lead and motivate the team
  • Due to Local Immigration policies, only Malaysian will be considered.
