Driving Range Officer (Temporary)

Job Description:

Customer Service: 

Greeting guests, selling tokens/buckets, answering questions, helping with equipment, and ensuring a positive experience.

Range Operations: 

Collecting, washing, and restocking golf balls using specialized equipment (like ball pickers)

Maintenance & Upkeep: 

Cleaning hitting bays, mats, clubs, and equipment; filling divots; maintaining sand/seed mixtures; emptying ball washers.

Equipment Management: 

Ensuring ball carts, pickers, and other range gear are functional and reporting issues.

Safety & Organization: 

Monitoring play for safety, enforcing rules, setting up/taking down range areas, and keeping the facility tidy.

Additional Skills:

1. Soft Skills: Strong communication, friendly attitude, reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and initiative.
2. Physical Ability: Ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift heavy objects (baskets of balls), and work in various weather conditions.
