We’re looking for an experienced Director of Sales required for our Commercial Sales Department.
Job Summary
The Director of Sales will lead and execute the sales strategy, manage a high-performing sales team, and cultivate key client relationships to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Requirement
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in an additional language, such as Mandarin or another local / international language, is a definite advantage.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet clients and support the sales team.
