We are looking for Co-ordinator, Operation Services (Attractions), to join our team at The Palawan @ Sentosa!

As the Co-ordinator, Operation Services (Attractions) we rely on you to:

• Deliver safe and enjoyable experiences by monitoring and supporting guest activities at attractions
• Manage ticketing and retail transactions accurately to ensure smooth visitor flow and sales operations
• Respond promptly and effectively to ad-hoc guest and visitor inquiries to resolve issues and provide information
• Set, uphold, and monitor service standards to maintain consistent quality of guest experiences
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate service delivery and address operational needs
• Adapt to shift work schedules to provide continuous support during operating hours 

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrate enthusiasm and customer focus by engaging positively with guests and visitors
• Show initiative by identifying and addressing operational challenges proactively
• Apply creativity and attention to detail in service delivery and problem-solving
• Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and guests using diplomacy and effective communication
