We are looking for Food & Beverage Supervisor to join Beach Club team at The Palawan @ Sentosa!

As the Food & Beverage Supervisor we rely on you to:

• Engage with guests to deliver high-quality service and enhance satisfaction levels
• Motivate and lead team members to maintain strong team cohesion and performance
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure positive experiences
• Collaborate with managers to support daily operations including monthly forecasting, weekly scheduling, and evaluating restaurant profitability
• Oversee the outlet’s appearance and atmosphere to maintain an inviting environment in partnership with managers
• Enforce and maintain strict Food Hygiene and Safety Standards

We are looking for someone who:

• Experience delivering Food & Beverage services in a restaurant or bar environment
• Experience managing an outlet in an outdoor setting
• Proven leadership in managing a team of service crew members
• Knowledge of beverages and bartending as an advantage
• Involvement in Food & Beverage marketing and promotions
