Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Day to day sales and admin support

  • Support the team in putting together sales related documents such as proposals, hospitality flyers, factsheets
  • Assist and support with the generation of proposals and preferably (where applicable) the translation and editing of proposal and email in English/Korean where necessary.
  • Support sales by managing key documents such as sales tracker and sponsor benefit matrix
  • Construct and deliver executive level presentations and RFP responses with ability to support and negotiations with clients 
  • Administrative sales support and co-ordination where necessary
  • Database management of corporate clients and CRM management. 
  • Liaising with sales exec around the region / globe to follow up

New Business / Lead Generation

  • Market updates and sales reports
  • Ability to help with market research and prospecting. Ability to identify new sponsorship business opportunities and generating new ideas.
  • Develop and support sponsorship leads generation sales revenues across IMG Golf’s business regionally 
  • Setting up sales meetings
  • Commercialization of golf assets across events, hospitality, barter and new development through supporting and driving sponsorship sales in golf.

Sponsor and event coordination

  • Hospitality management leading up and onsite at the event 
  • Service existing and new co-sponsors prior, during and after events including renewals. 
  • Generate post Event Reports and co-ordinating reports internally from various agencies – TV, PR, Digital, Analytical etc..

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong Team Player, ability to work as a team with regional team colleagues. 
  • Creative, strong attention to detail, strong initiatives and self-motivation skills, especially in this challenging environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
