We're looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to join our Food & Beverage Service Division as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.

Job Summary

• Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage will oversee the Food & Beverage Service Division, ensuring the smooth operation of all outlets while maintaining exceptional guest service standards.
• Working closely with the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will drive business performance, maximize profitability, and support the achievement of the hotel's strategic and operational objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership to inspire, develop, and engage the Food & Beverage team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of budgeting, profit and loss (P&L) management, cost control, and Human Resources practices, including training, performance management, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or international hospitality brand.
• Degree or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Mandarin, is an advantage.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests, clients, and colleagues.
• Relevant experience in a quality-driven hospitality environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in Food & Beverage marketing and promotional activities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Strong work ethic and proven ability to develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams.
