Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and sales activities support to the Golf Clients Japan team.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Answer and screen incoming calls; take and forward accurate messages
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
• Greet and support internal and external visitors (e.g., booking meeting rooms, serving refreshments, tidying up afterward)
• Coordinate domestic and international business travel for team members, clients, and sponsors
• Arrange visa applications and travel documentation for clients and sponsors
• Prepare and submit expense reports
• Process and submit invoices and payment requests
• Order office supplies and business cards as needed
• Organize congratulatory telegrams, floral gifts, and other celebratory items
• Manage seasonal greetings, including New Year's cards, holiday cards, and other client communications
• Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized
• Search sales targets and approach individually to connect with any sales leads.
• Create Sales presentation materials of the Golf clients
• Make translation documents for sales presentation. sponsorship contract draft or any other materials for Golf clients.
• Communicate with various Golf entities globally to retrieve necessary information for golf clients.
