Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for roles across news media, sports, entertainment, and technology verticals, inclusive of the internship program
  • Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition representative for APAC, driving regional hiring strategy autonomously while reporting into London-based leadership and collaborating with US-based teammates
  • Own recruitment operations for the region, including role advertising, interview scheduling and coordination, and ensuring a seamless on-site candidate experience
  • Partner consultatively with hiring managers and HRBPs to deeply understand business needs and translate them into effective talent strategies
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans that attract diverse and qualified talent at all levels
  • Help to lead planning of Talent Acquisition events, inclusive of large conferences and onsite networking events

 

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of work experience in full-cycle corporate recruitment
  • Experience in translating business talent strategies into actionable recruiting plans
  • Experience in effectively leading and delivering significant initiatives and/or projects
  • Owns and builds excellent stakeholder relationships demonstrating advanced relationship management on behalf of self as well as representing the wider team
  • Exhibits outstanding communication, consulting and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or helping to develop other team members
  • University Degree OR equivalent work experience

 

Desired Characteristics:

  • Demonstrated success recruiting in fast-paced, creative and/or tech-driven industries such as media, entertainment, sports, and/or technology
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using talent data, metrics, and reporting tools to drive recruiting strategies and stakeholder decisions
  • Passionate about TA innovation and excited to be part of building a next-gen recruiting function from the ground up
  • Natural relationship-builder with a collaborative spirit, but also someone who takes ownership and moves quickly
  • Thinks and acts like an owner - driven, resourceful, and accountable
  • Proven aptitude to execute in a changing environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Qualifications

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Interested candidates must apply to be considered
  • Must be willing to work on-site at one of our corporate offices a minimum of 3 days/week
  • Must be willing to work overtime when required
  • Must be willing to travel for work related business if necessary
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in Singapore
  • Must be 18 years or older

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
