Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Stock Merchandising Executive to join our team.  Adapt to market trends, optimize inventory planning, and support key business decisions.This role is designed for individuals eager to develop expertise in commercial strategy, sales forecasting, and business planning. You will work closely with managers to analyze market trends, optimize inventory planning, and support key business decisions.Your responsibilities as Stock Merchandising Executive will include but not limited to:

• Assist in developing and executing commercial plans to drive business growth.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail, marketing, and supply chain.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to optimize stock availability.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Any other assignment as requested by Management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Retail is an advantage.
• Strong analytical,excellent numerical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Prior internship or experience in commercial planning, sales, or supply chain is a plus.
• Able to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
