Are you passionate about safety, security, and providing exceptional service? We are looking for responsible and dedicated Security Associate to join our Security & Safety division.

 

Job Summary

 

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues, and resort property.
  • Conduct routine patrols of hotel premises and surrounding areas.
  • Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control points.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns.
  • Enforce hotel policies and security procedures.
  • Provide courteous assistance and directions to guests when required.
  • Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and emergency services when necessary.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in hotel security, law enforcement, or security services is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, integrity, and discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures will be an added advantage.
