Retail Assistant

Our client, is seeking a Retail Assistant to join their team to promote golf related products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a retail environment. It'll be an added advantage if candidate has golf-related knowledge. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
• Handle cashiering duties, including payment processing and issuing receipts.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Support the store in achieving sales targets.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the store manager.

Requirements:

• Prior retail or customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proactive, responsible, and a good team player.

Additional Information

• 5-day work week
• Retail environment (Orchard Road)
