We are seeking a Preventative Maintenance Associate (Contract) to support engineering operations and ensure the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of hotel facilities and equipment.

 

Job Summary

 

  • Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel electrical and mechanical systems
  • Carry out general maintenance work, including carpentry, and painting
  • Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and routine inspections
  • Support planned maintenance activities and engineering operations
  • Work with engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve performance
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and procedures

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Possess a relevant certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a diligent and responsible attitude
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Due to local immigration policies, only Malaysian will be considered
