Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Define & Drive Product Vision: Partner with leadership to develop a clear and scalable long-term roadmap that aligns with Mudah’s business goals.
  • Lead Marketplace-Wide Initiatives: Own and execute high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that enhance supply-demand efficiency, engagement, and monetization.
  • Mentor & Guide Product Teams: Provide coaching, frameworks, and strategic direction to help PMs succeed in their respective areas.
  • Ensure Execution Excellence: Establish best practices for product prioritization, OKR-setting, and decision-making across teams.
  • Collaborate with Leadership & Stakeholders: Work closely with engineering, marketing, data science, and business teams to drive execution and innovation.
  • Scale AI & Personalization Efforts: Leverage data science and machine learning to improve recommendations, search relevance, and marketplace trust signals.
  • Own & Optimize Performance Metrics: Set and track key objectives for user engagement, retention, liquidity, and monetization, continuously iterating for improvement.
  • Strengthen Trust & Platform Integrity: Champion fraud prevention, content moderation, and user verification initiatives to ensure a safe and trusted marketplace.

 

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 7-9 years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of leading large-scale marketplace or e-commerce initiatives.
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to define product vision, align stakeholders, and execute high-impact roadmaps.
  • Marketplace Expertise: Strong understanding of supply-demand balancing, personalization, and trust & safety levers.
  • People Management & Mentorship: Experience in mentoring and leading PMs, ensuring team-wide execution excellence.
  • Data-Driven & Experimentation Mindset: Hands-on experience using A/B testing, data science insights, and analytics to inform decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Strong ability to collaborate with engineering, marketing, and leadership to execute at scale.

Additional Information

As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, shaping strategic direction, and ensuring strong execution across Mudah’s marketplace. You will work closely with the Product Director to craft the long-term roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketplace evolution.

This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and people management, as you will be mentoring PMs, driving prioritization frameworks, and aligning cross-functional teams toward a shared vision. You will be expected to set high standards for decision-making, experimentation, and scalability while ensuring Mudah continues to grow as a high-trust, high-engagement platform.
