We're looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Associate to be part of our Food & Beverage Division, delivering exceptional service and memorable dining experiences to our guests.

  

Job summary

 

  • Welcome and escort guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent food and beverage service according to restaurant standards.
  • Take guests’ orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and perform upselling to enhance the dining experience.
  • Prepare the restaurant before service (mise en place) and maintain cleanliness throughout operations.
  • Ensure tables are properly set and cleared according to service standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
  • Assist with cashiering duties, opening and closing procedures, and inventory tasks when required.


Requirement

 

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Positive attitude, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong team player with a sense of responsibility.
  • Basic English proficiency is required; additional languages such as Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean are an advantage.
  • Due to local immigration policies, only Malaysian will be considered.
