Intern Duties:

Marketing & Brand Research

  • Conduct analytical research to assess the impact of TUMI’s marketing investments on sales performance, including direct and indirect effects (e.g., analyzing the sales impact of sponsorships such as the HSBC Golf Tournament).
  • Develop a framework to evaluate the short-term conversion and long-term brand awareness uplift of key marketing initiatives.
  • Benchmark TUMI’s brand positioning and marketing strategy against premium and luxury competitors in the region to identify white space and differentiation opportunities.

Omnichannel Digital Marketing Analysis

  • Support performance analysis of omnichannel digital campaigns across SEA markets, broken down by asset type, campaign objective, and ad format (e.g., static vs. motion, conversion vs. awareness).
  • Perform a comparative analysis of TUMI’s digital assets (e.g., website, social media, CRM creatives) versus best practices in the luxury industry.
  • Leverage AI tools and scraping techniques to gather insights across markets, platforms, and competitor brand campaigns.
  • Identify content and creative gaps in TUMI’s current digital presence and propose actionable recommendations.
