The Expert Network Services (ENS) industry connects our clients (consulting and investment firms) with specialized insights from top experts. With a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region, our team is fluent in the languages ​​​​across the area and has unmatched recruitment capabilities to find experts from any industry or niche.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Arches is seeking a dynamic Client Solutions/Project Manager to accelerate the growth of our Expert Matching Services. As a founding team member, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our presence across China and the broader APAC region. This is a unique opportunity to drive high-impact projects, shape market strategy from the ground up, and build meaningful relationships with top-tier clients, investors, and industry experts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Growth:

• Proactively engage with clients and drive account growth by identifying new opportunities.

Project Delivery:

• Lead end-to-end project management, from new project intake to profit and loss management.
• Supervise daily team workflow, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of excellence to meet all business goals.

Compliance & Collaboration:

• Ensure all client compliance protocols are met while collaborating across time zones to guarantee smooth handoffs.

Team Management and Corporate Tasks:

• Embrace a role where leadership meets action, motivate and guide teams with clear direction and feedback, helping them grow, work well together, and achieve goals. 
• Actively engaging in building a positive working environment, promoting company values ​​​​​and culture, and supporting company growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of progressive experience in the Expert Network Industry or similar fields like consulting, research, or recruitment services, with at least 2 years in a senior, client-facing role.
• Proven track record of leading and growing teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in Chinese and English , strong professional communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex communication threads between clients and experts.
• KPI-driven and data-oriented mindset, with high attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior exposure to international clients in the consulting or financial services sectors.
• A track record of supporting revenue growth or client retention initiatives.
• Proficiency in an additional language (a plus, but not required).

Working Location: China-based. A 3-month training period in our Vietnam office may be required (with relocation support), followed by remote work from China.
